Let’s admit it, we all do like winter at some point! What’s not to like anyway? Drinking hot chocolate, chilling near the fireplace, wearing warm cozy clothes and having hot long baths are just some wintery habits we all fall for.
Winter is nature’s way of telling you it’s time to slow down and enjoy your personal and family time, so is definitely a time for self-care.

1. Have a deep clean facial by a professional.
One of the factors that can damage our skin, is not only the strong radiance of the sun but also the steep climate change. 2. Take good care of your hair
Just like the skin, our hair can be damaged as well, during summer. The chlorine from the swimming pool, the sea salt from the beach along with the exposure in the sun, are just some factors that can damage our hair, especially if is dyed.
